EVH Finance funded the £10.85 million refinancing of North Town Square, a mixed-use site comprising a total area of 138,305 square feet of commercial and office space in Basildon, Essex.
The Borrower has produced a draft proposal for a large-scale development including new build and redeveloped areas, comprised of new co-working space, an additional 94,410 square feet of office space, reducing the retail provision and potentially adding up to 560 one and two-bedroom apartments across 479,370 square feet.
Loan Completion Date – September 2020.
