EVH Finance provided a £84 million refinance and development loan for Olympic Way, a 30,870 square foot permitted development freehold complex of buildings located in Wembley Park, North West London.
The property contains four interconnected buildings, one building with 12 floors, two buildings with seven floors and one building with six floors. Once completed it will provide 315 residential units of studio, one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments with a GDV of £110 million.
