The property has full planning for a mixed-use scheme comprising 457 units across 314,272 square feet and 26,119 square feet of commercial space across four blocks. The facility was provided to enable the borrower to purchase the land and secure forward funding for two of the blocks. The demolition and enabling started imminently following the loan closing, with the main development works to commence within the next 12 months.
